Refund & Return Policy

At Westara, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Items must be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or damage
  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Earrings or intimate items for hygiene reasons

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
