Q: How will I know when clothing is available?
A: We announce all upcoming clothing drops on our new Instagram @shopwestara. Because of the nature of our designs, each piece is produced in limited quantities. Many of our garments feature intricate beading, specialty fabrics, and detailed construction that require significant time and craftsmanship to create.
Rather than mass producing items, we release small carefully made drops when pieces are ready. This allows us to focus on quality, detail, and unique design. Once a drop sells out, it may not be restocked, so following along on Instagram is the best way to be notified first.
Q: When is everything shipped from?
A: We ship everything from our studio in Los Angeles, California.
Q: What are your pieces made of?
A: Our pieces aren’t just “dipped in gold” — they’re built to stay golden. Every style is crafted in durable brass and coated with a thick layer of 18k gold (we’re talking multiple microns, not a quick flash). We use 18K yellow gold for its unmistakable fine-jewelry radiance. With 75% pure gold, it captures that deep, saturated warmth seen in true luxury pieces. Lower karats like 14K or 10K contain more base metals, which mute the color and diminish that signature golden glow. Our jewelry keeps its shine through seasons of wear, staying bright and beautiful way longer than your average plated piece. Q: What are your shipping times?
A: Orders placed before 2pm (PST) ship out same day. Standard U.S. shipping takes about 3–5 business days depending on where you live. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Need it faster? Just choose express at checkout.
Q: Can I shower in them?
A: You can! However, we do recommend taking your jewelry off before showering if using any scrubs or harsh chemicals to keep your pieces looking brand new.
Q: How should I take care of my jewelry?
A: Store them in a soft pouch or jewelry box when you’re not wearing them. If they need a refresh, just wipe gently with a soft cloth — no harsh chemicals needed.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yep! We want you to love your pieces. If something’s not right, reach out within [7 days] and we’ll make it right.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. — but we promise to make it worth the wait if we ever expand!
